I didn't get an error, but it does say black to move is winning in a stalemated position:

[Date "????.??.??"]
[Round "?"]
[White "?"]
[Black "?"]

i think what happened is that it's black to move, and the computer saw it was checkmate so it thought black won
When inputted an illegal position, the tablebase should say it is not valid. Right now it just says there is an error:
