i'm not actually playing a 500 elo player, am i?

most players i play with 800 elo, aren't actually that elo, but actually players with multiple accounts.  i wish i played people on my level, and not grandmasters playing low elo for fun.

I saw that the elo rating is lower in chess.com than the elo that we can see in the Game Review
