Improvement

I need to improve, even my friends that dont know chess can beat me. Please i want to improve.

After looking at one of your games, I recommend not moving the same piece multiple times in the opening. I also recommend trying to imagine what your opponent might try to do, and see if they can capture your pieces for free. You don't have to calculate much, but some improvement in opening ideas and keeping your pieces safe should help.
