Improvement for me!

I need help with improving. I dropped almost 100 elo and it's so hard to get it back and move forward. Please Help!!! 🙏

The same happened to me, I reached 1400 elo and then fell to 1200, now I am around 1270 and I just can't do anything........... My goal for 2024 was to reach 1500, I reached 1400 around 6th December, so I was happy that I'd hit my goal but now..... it ain't happening

so yea i can help. just let me know what you what to know and i send you stuff and chat and just what ever you want

btw my peak blitz was 1581 so i am not the best out there

Generally, if you want to get better focus on puzzles. OTB I was around 1500 (1700 cc) and I got to 1800 purely based off studying tactics. I don't really play online seriously anymore but that is the best I can come up with.

Kind of, best way to improve OTB is to play real people. Play games for fun with people with takebacks and talk about the game. One of my students went from ~500-1300 by just playing with me and us talking about the game.
