so lower players can play in the 2nd. & 3rd. team, if you can go by yourself or most i or a other admin do that ?
if your rating change arround the min/max. you can stil stay in that team i mean the members whit that rating what is standing up here?

i wil say the rating arround/ above 1500 can stay in this flying chess team.
and the lower players come in other teams whit the same name but a 2nd. and 3rt. team and for the players above the 2000 is the 1rst. team if the wil ?
(it cost time and the rating is around what is stands above, all admin can play in all the teams.)

Why are there build the 4 teams in flying chess to make bigger and stronger teams where either can play bether and eassier and so is helping eigthotter and everybody to play eassier and stuff ?
there is a first team (2000 and higher) in here :

in the real chess the play here in Holland whit a first and second team for the clubs where the play and the lower players stay at home (the third team).
now was the idea, let the players around 1500 and higher let play in this team :

all the players unther 1500 must go in the 2nd or 3rth team or i remove them from this team and if you dont read this youve not lucky and im waiting 2 mounth but after you are not member in this team !!!

Dear Hynder
I am one of the older members of this group and think this is a great group doing just fine.It has always been an eazy going relaxed group.
I totaly disagree with splitting up our group in different teams.
In Chess.com you can organize teammatches in ratingranges and Admins should try to get this as ballanced as possible.It is a compleetly different situation then the OTB leages in the Netherlands.

ok you can gife your advice thats correct and the can come back but i would this team make stronger and stuff , sorry than but the can come back if the will.
I agree with droeka. Why not just limit the ratings in the team matches, as according to your rules you would have to chuck yourself out of the Flying Chess Team. I understood that the Flying Chess Team was a group for ALL members; and the 1st, 2nd and 3rd teams were for specific rating ranges.
Hi this team need a bether place in chess, i have done it in team Holland when i was the S. admin and playing whit 4 teams is bether for the higest & lowest players and all between that rating.
i have done this before whit team Holland and the don't like it and make me member in team Holland again but the have a higher place in the world league and europe leaque, so i wil this workout in this team and do the lower players in a other team we work longer whit this system but i wil wurk out now and if the lower player is not going in there its a pitty but i do lower as 1500 out this team in a few wheeks we play whit a higher AVG rating !!!
but it take time to do that i work it out now.....

i played in the leaques whit team Holland and saw the lower against the higher losing and so i came whit the idea for this rating system.
i was the super admin in team Holland and try this system in there but a few mounths later the dont like it and its a lot of work but i like the system
and there are lower and higher in the teams but that doesnt matter i did it for more fair playing whit this system ....
(and the admins can work on it the can be in all the teams.)
