Inserting images won't work

I was attempting to upload a screenshot to the help and support forums here and I am unable to insert an image from my computer. 

I'm using a macbook pro and using google chrome. 

I'm not sure why it's not letting me post an image

Do you have any plugins that might be blocking things? What is the image type?

test a new browser. Safari! Or clean up cache on your current!

They seem to be working for me; what is size/file type of the image?

I am fairly certain the max image size is 2 mb.

Thanks! i found the issue  that image is a bit too big

Can you try to make a smaller file size? You should be able to up load that.
