games have already started with the new time controls, i have not made any moves in any of them, if i withdraw as you say TadDude, will it change my rating?
Yes. Resignations and withdrawals affect ratings with no minimum number of moves.
You may have a case for having your rating reset since the TD changed the tournament conditions after you entered. See the contact link.
