as sometime time zone can be confusing, also AM/ PM, that is why I always use 14:30 instead of 2:30 PM for instance

Explanation : As I guess, Beeonhoney come online at 2:30 PM UTC (14:30 UTC) waiting to play with Thalapathy_64.
Beeonhoney told me that in his chat (with Thalapathy_64) earlier, that his availabilities in between 1.30 pm - 11 pm UTC (13:30 - 23:00 UTC) .
When Thalapathy_64 offer time 02:30 AM ( as copied by Thalapathy_64 above), Beeonhoney confirm YES without realizing that Thalapathy wrote 02:30 AM (which is 08:00 morning at India where thalapathy_64 lives) and 04:30 am morning where Beeonhoney lives (in German). which is Beeonhoney told me that it is impossible to play at 04:30 am morning German time.
I offer Thalapathy_64 the chance to reschedule, but Thalapathy_64 said he is already very busy with his other schedule/ league etc. so there is no chance for reschedule unfortunately.

As Beeonhoney come online around 14:30 UTC, but there is no game , I offer him to play our Rd-6 game : fhunfi (W) vs Beeonhoney (B), that supposed to be played at Jul 16 - Jul 31 (but it's okay to be played earlier, as this is Double Round Robin tourney, not Swiss)
