Invites: Something Strange

So I'll set up 30 invites and send them, and every time so far, it comes back with 26 sent and 4 not (various reasons). Now the odds of this being true seem implausible so it makes me question whether the group invite system is working properly? Has anyone else had this? I'll keep y'all updated.

Sounds weird.  Only 26 out of 30.
Over two days - that would be 52 invites.
A full deck - but somehow the Invite function isn't playing with one ...

I'll start keeping a record on how many invites send but so far 4 out of 30 every time seems implausible.

Not really.  It’s fine.  I don’t usually send the whole 30 at once though.  Just 5-10 at a time.  

6 times so far. I know it's not a lot of data but still seems unlikely to me.

Maybe I'll start doing this instead then.

6 times sounds like far beyond random chance.
180 names ....
but - did the 24 not sent - share any names in common ?

Sometimes if the name is typed wrong and there is no valid member it doesn’t work. 

No I keep track of the people I've already invited to not bother them.

Then its very weird.

I'll do it the 30 way another 2 or 3 times but if after 3 times it's 26/30 again I'll accept there's an issue with this and go down to 5 at a time (seems tedious to me but oh well).

If a member sets their profile not to accept invites, you would "get it back", wouldn't you?

You could try 29 or 28 instead.   Or 14.  See how many don't go.

I get to send another 4 invites only and often when I invite 4 they don't all send which is what makes me think the 13:15 ratio is way off and I'm actually losing about 5-10 invites this way. D:

Yes - but its exactly four out of 30 each time. 
Chances of that randomly happening six straight times?
One in ten thousand?  More like one in a million.

You'll normally have several fail due to someone not accepting invites or something.  Four out of thirty is fairly typical.

To have it be exactly four several days in a row is unusual, but, given the numbers of people sending invites, it will inevitably happen to someone.  If you flip a coin a hundred times, you'll get the occasional long string of consecutive heads or consecutive tails.

I check every single profile to make sure they have invites switched on and only put those people on the invite if they do.
