Diamond members gain a feature that is "play multiple matches at once" this allows players to "legally" cheat . And there's even an achievement for it , i don't know if chess.com is encouraging people to cheat or anything? Also , i'm not a diamond member so if you think i'm wrong about the feature or do you think it shoild be removed? Pls comment below your opinion. (sorry if i'm wrong)

Play multiple matches which time control? I'm not a diamond member and I can play multiple daily matches.

Live games, not Daily.

i think they're concerned that you could play against a really good player and just copy those moves into a different game

The chances of simultaneous playing two games with the exact same opening are near to zero. That's extremely improbable!

Daily games are different than live games. If anybody even tries to cheat in daily games, chess.com will detect them and ban them.

op's talking about live games.

You can obtain juggler achievement by playing multiple daily match. You don't have to play multiple live matches.

Not quite; it's more likely that they would abuse the ability by getting one person who's very good in a game, and then asking the good player in-game what moves to make against the player who's their skill level in the other game

That doesn't require playing simultaneous games at all. You can cheat like that regardless.

Wait, really? I was playing in a tournament or arena or something, I tried to analyze my finished game while still playing if I'm not mistaken, I can't analyze the game because I'm still playing.

The message means nothing, you can open it in another tab. Not that I have used it for cheating, i used it before to analyse the previous game while playing the next one and I don't do that anymore bec I transitioned to fast time controls.
