Is it possible to access the links for games on the chess.com app?

As many of you, we send a lot of private messages to members to invite them to our games. The links work well on the computer or the browser but not on the app. Many of our members mostly use the app and do not have direct access to the games to sign up.

I am wondering if there is a way to make it work.

The absence of team activity in the mobile apps in general and the roundabout way of registering for team matches (@Dark_Knight_Templar's point) in particular is one of the very weak points of chess.com in my view. I would greatly appreciate improvements in this area.

How do you want this to work? If someone sends you a game URL in a message on teh app what do you want to happen when you tap it?

Or are you asking for a different want to share games other than by URL?

The same as when I receive a news. I can click on the link and it brings me on the page in question in the browser.

We need some way of registering for a match within the app, without the roundabout way of the browser. Something that we can put in a message and that works as "Tap here and you will be registered for the match."

More club support is something we do hope to bring to the app. 

So Jonathan, will you do you something about it? It should not be too difficult because you already do it for the news for example. Thanks.

I think the app in general should pick up chess.com links. Sort of the same like if you go to a youtube link, the phone will ask if you want to open it in the browser or the youtube app, or open it in the app by default. Because currently it seems you can't try specific tactics, or if you share a specific one, you can't open it in the app
