In my opinion, please don't even think of playing bullet till 1 year at least. Don't even play blitz until you have played at least 6 months rapid. Bullet is a pathetic addiction, it rots your brain's thinking capabilities and is the worst thing for your overall chess improvement as a beginner. Don't even think of playing bullet 'just for timepass/fun', as it becomes an addiction in no time!

Yes, don't play blitz/bullet. And it will be very hard to start playing well. Personally, when I started playing it, I was losing on time or because of time pressure. I had to start playing from 400 elo. And when you will start playing - play or 1 | 0, 3 | 0 or 5 | 0. No time increments. Otherwise you will collapse in time pressure because you won't be able to win on time.

Just don't play Bullet. "The least indicated one tells you" that's why it's good advice hahaha
Never too early for bullet! I only play for the mad rush, but you could use bullet to drill specific openings.
I've won rapid games off of the increment because I've played bullet when I shouldn't have
