If you turn off Show Mistake Feedback those settings will be honored but it's looking like they're going to be completely removed and the default will be to stop after each puzzle.

The "stop after each puzzle" setting is now located under
Settings/Gameplay but modifying its toggles has no effect on puzzle switching
