I am not entirely sure this is a bug, but when playing/spectating I can only click on the players names on the "main board". Let me clarify:
In the past it used to be possible to click on the players names even on partner board and to visualize this little toolbox (as in the pics); now it's not possible anymore and it is a bit annoying. It was useful to block/add friend/request chat etc.
