People report many problems with the new iOS release in the main forum.

What are the bug reporting options for the iOS app?

I tell them to use the report problems link in the app because I assume the app is somewhat like the Android app.

Is that right?  Does the report problems link exist on the iOS app? 

Or should they report problems at the Apple store?

Hi there! Yes, we have a report bugs widget in the iOS app and we do go through posts to note and report the issues to the devs.

The report bug link in app however does automatically link with JIRA, our ticketing app. As such, feel free to report bugs through the app since it provides us debug information and will 100% get to the correct place.

Given that sometimes it is easier to report a problem with a keyboard than a virtual IPad one I do want to mention a key bug. In a page showing all the waiting games that are active there appears to be and indexing problem where positions displayed do not line up with the opponents names. I suspect that this really a refresh problem. This problem occurs about 30% of the time. Perhaps with 20+ games displayed as waiting.

Yes I could do a screenshot however it does a little beyond what I have already said:

In a page showing all my waiting games that are active there appears to be an indexing problem where positions displayed do not line up with the opponents names.

Screenshots and re-postings are aggravating on tablets.
