I suggested to Adrian rather than one on one, some form of club night be set up with group inter-action. Suddenly wheels are in motion xxxx no they are not(a tune in my head) but discussion expanded, the landlady got involved with planning and I thought- it won't happen!!
My own feelings on these out of season club nights? Best weekly.well advertised,provide some business to the venue and have a stripper.
So, the BDCA(my Arch enemy) have meetings coming up. will there be off season chess in a common venue?
