Well I respect ur views, and I can see where u are coming from.
But, in my opinion, don't think that would be the right approach.
See, take my own example for instance, I was asked the same " What's ur name " question by an individual from South Korea.
But that would be extremely wrong for me to judge that all the South Koreans are bad people.
I believe we must criticize an individual for his own action, but we must not criticize the other innocent and honest people of a country.

What I can suggest is we can block an individual who asks for ur personal name.
That is a pattern I see in these weirdos.
