What about EVANS Gambit ? 
Birds attack is pawn to b4 right ?

And I don't like this b4. There is a similarity with Philidor pawn structure but here, Bf1 is on c4, not e2. That makes a big difference because at some point black will play d5 (the usual blow in e5), which is effective here.
