I've found an unnamed opening!

Hi everyone, I'm Kuukyker2. This is my first time in a club. Thanks to YouTube, I finally found a club that suitable to me. And thanks to ChessTalk, I've learnt many new skills that i would never know. Today I want to show you an opening that I found accidentally a few weeks ago. I also researched about that a little bit and tested it in live chess many times. I think it's not too bad.

I have a little problem about the name of it. Especially in some few variations. I've named variations so i can just remember it, and change it later. For now the name of the opening is English Opening: King's English Variation, Scandinavian Variation. Because it looks like the Scandinavian Defense after 1. e4 d5.

I also will show you some variations of it:

1.c4 e5 2.d4-English Opening: King's English Variation, Scandinavian Variation.

(2...cxd4-Accepted(3.Nf3-King's Knight Variation*Main Line*)(3.e3-Accelerated Main Line)(Qxd4-Old Main Line))

(2...e4-Advance Variation)

(2...Nc6-Queen's Knight Defense)

(2...f6-King's Slav Defense)

(2...d6-Queen's Philidor Defense)

By the way, maybe some of you may check out my account and see my elo is really low. Actually (it's not really smurf) my elo is really weird like this ( a friend told me i just like Ivanchuk). Sometimes I can defeat a 2000+ (total now is about 5 times and played about 7-9 times) but sometimes lose to a 900+( one move blunders mostly )(You can check out in some matches history).

Thanks for reading this forum, I really appreciate your comments. Leave me some so I can keep develop the opening like develop my skills.

Wow nice space gaining opening. You should research it a bit more...

Thanks, I'm not really focus on space much, I'm finding a way to attack faster in this opening because my style is really agressive, loves sacrifices. We sacrifice a pawn just for a little lead in development but our pieces seems not really high enough. I want to bring my pieces out higher so I don't have to attack the weak d pawn anymore, but attack the kingside instead and instantly.

It seems you lose a lot with your 'attacking style'.

Run an engine and see if it is sound. Play 2 bots against each other. (both stockfish from this position and if it is draw, then it is good.

Yes I tried! But the problem if i play in an analysis board, it's too long and if skip in a specific way that I tried, it's like elo 400 play with each other.

When I play 2 bots with each other i relize that its not 100% accurate, its 70-80%! Because after that i analize it in engine, its not alway best moves.

And just wondering, if both are 100% accurate, then... white will alway wins because its the side which play the first move. And if white do just one unaccuracy moves, yes black will win if he 100% correctly play.

So I dont really like use that to know my opening good or bad.

Anyway thanks for that idea!

Hmm, I want to try this thing. I don't know what will it looks like:

Lesson: English Opening: Scandinavian Variation

Can you start the Scandinavian Variation in the English Opening?

In here, Black accepted the pawn. Can you find the Main Line which also the best move?

Realise Black's d4 pawn is really strong, Black want to hold that pawn with 3...c5. Can you find a way that remove that annoying pawn from the board?

Nice job! In the position, Black no longer can hold that pawn with a good position, so Black decided to exchange the pawn on d4 for White's e3. After 5.Bxe3 , White has developed 2 minor pieces, and Black has none. Also Black has a weak d7 pawn which is the main target of White. With the lead in development, White soon will attack Black and with a crushing space advantage!

Maybe this opening name is "Reverse Rat Defense" as its accepted line is similar to the Rat Defense.
