What is the point of making a discord server and what is its function that is different from the #notes?

Unlike #notes, the discord server provides a more convenient and customisable space for discussions! We have channels for different discussion topics, and there are functions to easily look for and reply to specific messages. It’s much more user-friendly and it doesn’t bombard members with notifications every time some random note was posted on #notes!

We’re still in the process of building this server and filling it with content, but the hope is the discord server would help bring this community closer where #notes could not.
