You should add some extra pieces like a queen that can't be checked 9 times and add some "Explosive Magic Variant Stuff" into it like the explosion and spells.

I would guess capture all your opponents kings, but that is impossible without blunders

I don’t think this is even a fair play because if white always goes first, black will win every match. Is this just incorrect analysis or am I right?

Maybe black with normal Setup, and white with all kings?(plus one extra king rank and a royal king[wut])

I think it's a forced draw not a forced win for either side because there are no tactics that win kings.
