1.e4 e5 2.f4 d5- Expetise, isn't this better? Pfren says so and I agree. I've never lost a game with this.

? Pfren always supported the KGA

Black isn't better after 2...d5 but he may be after 2...exf4 I think.

I've never liked 2...d5 in the KG, I prefer 2...Bc5 but good players know the critical Nc3-Na4-Nxc5 idea to equalize for White and possibly play for a small edge.

I'm sure I'e heard pfren saying that d5 and then ef4 is the best way for black
