I get up and teleport to the other side of the bones, as it should be recharged by now.

Was that worth a teleport? I do the exact same attack

Doesn’t that have a cool down? 

The slam down does, but not the bones

I block with my shield I guess.

i mean, the bones do have a short cooldown if you've used them a lot.

I only used them twice tho.

I turn into sans and send a bone at him the same way he did to me just now.

Very nice. However, you will get hit. I use my speed to dash backwards and to the right of the bone

I do believe the bone blocks it.

Also, Sans is fast? 

I do the same.

He has the dash ability 

Quick Dodge- Speed becomes very very fast when dodging an attack. Doing this often makes Sans tired, which will eventually allow you to take him down.
