I feel like Octoling Shopkeeper is low B tier
Parkour Master is almost a direct counter
How does PK counter the Octoling Shopkeeper? I would think it's the opposite

He attacks, I use my block to stop the ink, I gain a speed boost using my ability so I can catch up to it, etc.
But if he lands a hit on you then your parkouring will be a lot slower which will lead to more hits

Cookie could be high B or low A imo
Not sure about ???, there are a lot of ways to use that character
??? is instant S tier for me. Like, the concept literally says "switch to any character you want, but they autoget some really good health."

Its biggest problem is no kill confirm. It can't do damage for anything. Jester and the KOTL will rise in ranks due to the buffs they got after Boss Rush: Clover.
Updated except for Jester because I didn't pay much attention to the game with Jester in it
