Lack of sound

I use an iPhone X to play here and the last couple of days I don’t get any sound when moving pieces. Also no sounds on puzzle rush including the countdown timer. 

I’ve been to the settings page and moved the sounds option several times but that’s not fixing the problem. 

Forget it. I’ve fixed the problem by deleting and downloading the app again. 

Sometimes I get that problem but when I update the system software on my device it comes back.

I checked and my phone is all up to date. I’ll keep that in mind if it occurs again. 

The lack of sound has occurred twice now since the last update. It gets rather tiresome deleting and uploading the app every time.
