alex wen i sent my original message to rich i stated that if he wanted to just be a normal member i would do that ... if rich was to stand down as super admin then i would give my word that i will not remove him from the team.
at the end of the day i wanted to run the team with rich but he doesnt have the time for it.
i will gladly run the team for him but not all the time he is super admin
But what I am meaning is it just doesn't seem right being in my original team but not being a super admin. Like it's just a little wrong.
look rich we have always got on til now the only big issue was that u was so inactive and u yourself have openly admitted in here u just dont have the time to run it ... make me super admin then stand down ... u can still be an active member of the team without running it
come on rich me u and Tony agreed a course of action and all u had to do was welcome new members to the team THAT WAS IT and u couldnt even do that ... even if i left u alone right now that team wouldnt do anything and u know it u have said yourself u cant run it

Well, I really don't see why he can't be an unhelpful Super Admin - he created the team after all. Everyone realises that you do the legwork. And that's good. If he doesn't help enough, promote someone else who does help you?

I'm not taking sides, I'm trying to get a compromise with which everyone is happy. I said that I would accept your team as being the team because rich left. So I didn't have a choice. Then rich rejoined, and suddenly we have two Team Lancashires. So it became an issue again.
hypothetically speaking if i said no i wont go back and run the team with rich as super admin and u decided to keep richs team in the championship how do u think he wil do especially wen his proven track record states that he is useless ... he is accepting members from other teams in the championships for goodness sake

My team is the true team lancashire. It was my idea. Excuse me chess1551, the thing is it's not on to be removed from you're own team especailly when it was my idea Lancashire had a team, if I never made the team I doubt Lancashire would even have a team even now. Drawing on experience from other groups, if an admin isn't administrating, he is usually given the boot. However, the admin tends not to be the founder. I think that's the issue that's making this awkward. The way I would resolve it is just to have you all as Super Admins in Team Lancashire, (rich being a nominal SA), and let blackfirestorm666 and chess1551 as the working Super Admins. That said, I do think rich should help out a little. If you have found time to defend yourself in here tonight, I think you can spend a little time helping the two of them.
I'd also like to point out that blackfirestorm666 is a very hard working player here. I've not heard anything from a lot of county admins since this was set up. I do think it needs to be noted that very few counties actually have bothered to actively recruit after having the group set up.

u have seen the effort i have put into this iv even tried getting other super admins involved through forum threads in team england forums trying to get people motivated for this
Absolutely. You are unique in that no one else puts anywhere near the same time and effort in. Other than maybe Bill in Team England. I don't even do much in Worcestershire. Indeed, I doubt whether anything has happened there for a month. Expecting other people to be as enthusiastic as yourself is fair enough, but not everyone has the time or the enthusiasm to do so. I believe rich falls into the "not having a lot of time" category. I think you need to lower your expectations in regards to how people help you - because you're so good at it, we can't possibly hope to match it!
Alex you have handled this very sensibly and as I would have done, good to know we've got someone straightforward heading up Team England.
Think of rich like the monarchy, they really don't do very much at all but are nominally head of the nation. I just don't understand how, if rich truly does very little as blackfirestorm says, what is the problem with his status??
