I'm probably being very dense (no changes there some might say), but what do the abbreviations H2H and SB mean in the league tables?
H2H is Head to head score (i.e. the direct match(es) between the teams in question). SB is, I think, the Sonneborn-Berger tiebreak score, but I'll let someone with more knowledge answer that!

You can get more detail about H2H, here, in the rules, Rule 11. is applicable.
