Lets talk about the big bang.

Uranus, hahahahahahahahahaha! I don't know who named that planet but he must be funny

That kind of comment prompts me to ask how old you are - 12/13/14 perhaps?

A moment's search would have answered your question..

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uranus

"Uranus (from the Latin name Ūranus for the Greek god Οὐρανός) is the seventh planet from the Sun"

"Uranus is the only planet whose name is derived directly from a figure from Greek mythology, from the Latinised version of the Greek god of the sky Ouranos."

Haha, your pretty close with your age guess. You ever look at Uranus with a telescope hahaha! Come on its funny. Now it's your turn to make a Uranus joke

stephen_33

"The retrograde rotation of Venus is believed to be due to the simple mechanism of the collision of a fairly large asteroid early in its history."

Exactly, these are things that are easily explained by natural laws - no deity required  wink.png

You do know that any member under the age of 13 is supposed to be supervised by an adult?

PetecantbeatmeSLFL

I'm over 13

PetecantbeatmeSLFL

I'm pretty sure a asteroids that big would destroy the planet

And what about all the galaxies that spin backwards

Worst Uranus joke ever

If you have a sincere & genuine interest in learning the answers to such questions, then a little searching on your part will soon find some.

If you don't really want to become better informed, nothing I say will change that.

If the BB where true then wouldn't all matter be evenly distributed through out the universe? It's not. Also what about some planets spinning the wrong direction? There are even moons and galaxies spinning the wrong direction.

Interplanetary collisions were quite common in the early days of the solar system.

Was actually much like a pinball game.

Yes. Such collisions often vaporized one or even both bodies.

But then the dust would eventually settle, and form new bodies.

Our moon was the result of such a massive collision.

stephen_33

It's now well established that the early Earth collided with another proto-planet about the same size as Mars & the impact eventually created our Moon. We can be certain of this because the rocks brought back during the Apollo program show a very great degree of similarity with those on Earth.

Hmmm, not a great argument

You should try blowing the raspberry or something. It might be more convincing😃

It's not an argument as such, more a statement of fact. Either you want to become better informed about such matters or you don't - only you can answer that.

stephen_33

All of the observations you've cited so far have entirely naturalistic explanations.

If you ponder on the reasoning behind that statement, you might begin to understand why you believe quite a few things that are scientifically proven to be false.

Phtphtpht

varelse1

So is there any actual logic to this 6000 year old Earth crap?

Or is it all "Phtphtpht"?

PetecantbeatmeSLFL

Yes there's logic.
