Linares and commentary by Giri

The commentary submitted by Anish Giri was very short.  Was his commentary appropriate for what is happening in Linares?  Do we deserve more?  Do you expect more from Giri?  

Just laizy I suppose. The commentary is on 1400 level. He should be banned from Linares for a commentary like that, just as some grandmasters prone to quick draws got (unofficially) banned in the past. We don't need him if he's going to continue like that.

Since A) Round robin, and especially double round robin allows good placement with few wins; B) Topalov is preparing for match with Anand; C) None of the players are the tipe that usually make high percentage in a tournament I predicted that there would be a lot of draws - but that doesn't mean that the draws weren't interesting.

P. S. My favorite for first place is Grishchuk.

What should they give?

Should Giri give us more insight into the moves within the games?  Or is Giri justified in giving such a short report?  Is he making a statement that the six players involved in the tournament are not giving a full effort?  Regarding that issue, do you agree with Rainbow Rising who said Topalov played like a little girl against Gelfand (see News article by SonofPearl and comments)?

Is Giri's behavior typical of his generation?

not much of a report, thats for sure.

The games themselves were very straightforward. Not much to commentate on. If this was a report, then he did his job. If it was supposed to be an analysis, then maybe a move or two somebody missed in each game would be nice, but from what I see, they're just normal games

 I just to comment regarding  the game between giri and so, if so didn't get so confident and wisely uses his time advantage his horrific loss to giri won't happened . A wasted effort because of too much confidence.
