This thread is to be used for the final organization of an Alliance. Please use the Alliance Seek Thread to discuss propositions with other nations or discuss privately so that it is not open to the public to see.

• Every kingdom may be part of one alliance only.
• Any clubs may be part of this alliance so long as all clubs in question have signed the club in.
• To attack another nation through allied kingdoms you must have a direct line of territories to get your troops through to the defending kingdom.
• The Kingdom you are attacking through can not be fighting against the territory already. If it is you may not attack
• Any actions that do not seem fair to staff will be dealt with and may result in new rules to keep everything fair.

Creating your Alliance

• One of the representatives must post here all of the information below:
  1. The Full name of all clubs included in the questioned alliance
  2. the alliance name
  3. All admins for each club
  4. Alliance's flag (must be in 9x16 dimension and must be unique) The flag should be a graphic design. Requests for a flag can be made here
  5. Alliance's Color Theme (should be included at least a little bit in the Alliance's flag)
  ex.
  Alphabetical Alliance, Color Theme  Blue, flag |+++|
  1. A Club (Owner @AAA)
  2. B Club (Owner @BBB)
  3. C Club (Owner @CCC)
• Each admin must then agree to it here by quoting the comment by the representing admin of the alliance and posting an "I agree" below it.
• The admin that posted the alliance proposal does not need to agree to it in a separate post
• After all admins have signed the alliance it will be made official and you will have an alliance!
• To leave an alliance Admins may just post here "Club XXX leaves YYY alliance"
• To add additional clubs to an alliance every admin must re-accept every club. thus the process mentioned above is repeated.

NATO is working to create peace and order in the Medieval World. If your kingdom agrees with this goal then the more kingdoms in your alliance the better!

If you do not understand anything we will be happy to answer them. Please ask questions in the Alliance Seek Thread to keep this Official Thread...Official.
