Medieval War - Match signups/confirmation

This Thread has several purposes and one of those is NOT chatting. Please do not chat with each other here. If you want to have conversations with other go to the Medieval War Thread and knock yourself out

This Thread is for Clubs that wish to enter into the War. To enter your club you need to start by creating a match (battle) with a club on the outer edge of the map (Found in the above linked forum) After making the match we ask you post this information below:

• Link to your match (battle) that both admins agreed on the parameters for.
• The Territory your club is attacking (especially needed in the case that a club owns multiple territories on the outer edge)
• Your club's link
• Your club's logo (any picture as long as it is distinct, does not need to be your club's current picture if you do not want it to be)
• Any contact admins who are in charge of running MW in your club.

If you are Allied with a club that is already on the map, as always you can attack any territory they are touching as long as they are not already fighting them.

If you own a territory and wish to create a battle from that territory You will need to follow the same rules for if you are entering a club but you need need to post your club's information

• Contact the admin listed in the Official Medieval War thread for the club you are attacking
• Agree on parameters
• Create match
• Post information which includes attacking club, defending club, there territories (only ones involved in this fight which should be 2) and the link to the match (battle)

Errors in the Race should be reported here. This includes mistakes in updates, unrecorded battles and updates on your club's info (logo and/or club name/link)

This forum should NOT be used to report other clubs/Admins for things such as aborting a match before it starts, or admins that are not answering you about parameters. If this should happen here's what you do.

If an admin aborts/cancels a match before it starts it is the other admin's duty to collect data and evidence against the opposing team. Since the match was aborted it belongs rightly to the team that did not abort, however, CW is not responsible for aborted/canceled matches and all admins must work to prove that their enemy unjustly canceled the match. No information should be posted public in Club Wars, CW Lounge of in a CW blog post.  Admins wishing to fight out their opposing club for aborting/cancelling are asked to contact @Nightly-Knight. Forums found to be accusing others of such things will be removed immediately.

If the admin who canceled the match admits to their offense the other admin will be allowed to send a challenge to the opposing club with whatever parameters they choose. If not accepted they win the territory, if accepted, the territory is fought for.

If an Admin is not listening to your/Ignoring you when trying to contact them do not accuse them in public. Rather, you may contact them another way. The Unresponsive Admin Report Forum is set up so that admins that are not getting an answer may post (screenshots encouraged) Every admin should be following this inactive thread so that they get special notification if they had missed the other admin's request for battle. This thread does not get much attention thus you can easily get alerted you may soon lose a territory by forfeit if the admin wants to fight it out seriously.

Battles that have ended should NOT be posted here. Please post them in the forum thread titled Ended Battle - Medieval War

you should allow custom battle names. if you can, can you change the war name to The Hellfire One-in-all War?
