over the past 90 days the most you've spent on puzzles in a day (atleast on chess.com) is 30 minutes, with an average of <10 minutes.

Most games are decided by tactical mistakes, it is most players bottlenecks (including mine). You will see immediate results from developing your tactical senses. Less blunders, more punishes, more yummy elo points.

The more you put in the more you will get out. Chesstempo is a great free alternative for puzzles I use as well.

I love doing puzzles and really hope that they improve my tactical abilities in game. Have you noticed improvement that seemed to come specifically from solving puzzles? I suppose I have lingering doubts about this, perhaps because in puzzles you know that there's a tactic, but in a game you might not. But then maybe they improve your tactical awareness to so you have a better sense of when there is a tactic in a position too...

Tactics puzzles etch patterns into your brain. After lots of puzzles you will start seeing these patterns in games more often and quicker. You will also learn patterns you've never seen before.

Tactical puzzles help tremendously, but over time.

There was a time when I couldn't even get a coach (from the old country) to look at my games, he said "I can't help you because I can't tell how you play chess"; I said, but I gave you example games, and asked why, and he said "because you lose so many pieces I literally can't tell how you play chess!" He then forbade me to read any books except for one small one on pawn chains, and said "go fix your tactics!"

I did, it took about a year, and now I don't lose material that much. Now I lose games because of bad decisions.

Seriously? You created TWO new topics just to self-promote and find training partners? Did you not see the "Find Training Partners Here" pinned post? FFS!
