First and foremost, thank you for thinking of this! The reason I chose to keep it to bullet and blitz (and yes, I did consider rapid) is because rapid tournaments take a long time, and we can’t count on people to have the minutes in their day to actually participate in the tournaments. In an ideal world, we absolutely would have rapid in tournaments as they are more tactically and strategically rich. However, we have to remember that if we don’t get people joining the tournaments, then the entire thing can’t happen. If you see a solution to this issue, my ears are open! Thanks again for your consideration!

Good ideas. I was planning to not make all the tournaments 1 time control. It was gonna be a few different time controls. (;
I have been thinking about making a new event in TCOF- A series of tournaments for memberships. Let's say there's 20 tournaments across two weeks- Winning a tournament game gets someone 2 points, drawing it gets them one. (bullet tournaments ad blitz tournaments.) Interest?
