Эта партия оказалась турнирной (https://www.chess.com/tournament/live/21-bullet-1048162), в котором я занял 4 место, а соперник - первое. Если соперник играл нечестно, разве не должен быть перерасчет результатов турнира? Спасибо!

This game was in tournament (https://www.chess.com/tournament/live/21-bullet-1048162), in which I took 4th place, and the opponent - the first.
If the opponent played dishonestly, shouldn't the results of the tournament be recalculated?
