Messages Issue

Hello everyone! How are you all? I've been facing a issue with messages since a week that is it shows that I received such-such messages like-

but when I go to see what is the message I see this - 

which is not a message which I didn't read, that was the message which I already saw, but it still shows there is still 1 unread message, which doesn't look nice. It's not internet problem also, because my system is directly connected to internet(wired) so the internet will be fast and it's not that it happens sometime, I'm facing this from 1-2 weeks.

that doesn't happen to me.. weird

just wait until a staff replies because i have no clue at all

It's a known issue and staff are aware. I have a couple of old message alerts that come and go after reading new messages.

you gotta refresh the page/app several times

I just reload and it's fine
