Tony replies Bf3 (not Bh2) and another five moves are played.
It's not clear to me what either of you believe the position to be. I think we have to go back to the position above after 7... h3, which was the last clear move, and continue from there.

If this solution is a problem, please say so and we'll bring in Federation for a decision.
I mean the moves on this page make absolutely no sense.
Bxe5 is only possible if a) there's a piece to capture on e5, b) the bishop is on h2, which assumes Nxd5 was intended to be Nxb5, and if that's the case then Tony can't play Be3 because it's not his move, as Bh2 was conditionally played.
There seems no other option but to return to 7... h3, I can't for the life of me figure out what you two have actually been doing.
Unless you both post your own boards and they match, this seems the only way forwards.
The conditional move Nxb4 Bh2 still applies, unless you retract it before alien makes his move.

I think we're going back to 7. h3. You can of course both make the same moves you intended (only accurately), or you can take a different path.
