Based on his responses I can assume that @PandasAwesome means Wd3 instead of Wd2 or Wd4. @PandasAwesome, can you please confirm this?

This post is already binding. "d4" is a legal move, according to the correspondence rules @PandasAwesome has played this and this is irreversible. But anyways it's a normal move, nothing wrong with it.
