Minor bug in tactics

Whenever I open tactics, a screen flashing all the parts of tactics trainer (incorrect, correct, scrolls through the custom puzzle types list quickly, etc) appears for about 2-3 seconds. It is a bit annoying for it to show whenever I enter tactics. My operating system is Windows 10, Microsoft Edge (sucks), and in V3. There is a screenshot attached. Thx!

Doesn't happen to me. How long has it been happening? I know there were recently some changes in tactics...

That's probably the reason I'm not getting it...
