Monster Chess
Making multiple moves on one turn is not possible. However, you may consider making half of the while pieces blue and making the game Alt Teams Self Partner. This would allow players to play for both colors (White+Blue and Black+Green).

Part of the game it that you can pass by moving your king to a square and back, or being able to take a guarded piece and then move out of check. However, I could probably make something work. Thanks!
Another question:
I was working on this idea and currently it looks like this:

But I can't test because of whatever this is:

what's the deal?
No... I'll try that.
Edit: I set the royals, that didn't help. I even tried making one of the white sergeants a royal piece, still nope.

Try resetting the board and then remaking it.
I got something that could help:
- Use the Preset in Analysis called "2 Player"
- Change the position as necessary to the Monster Chess variant
- Use the gamerules:
Capture the King
Allow Passing
Granted, you will have to play with a friend and explain the rules, and have them hit "Allow Passing" to let you make 2 moves at a time, but other than that, I think I got it correct...

Hmm... That would work, but if I want it to be an NCV then it wouldn't. I think @quilp had a good idea. I just need to figure out why in the position the "game is over."

There isn’t a player playing green![]()
@shell201211, reminder not to quote full comments that are long. Delete what’s irrelevant or quote a shorter post.
@BeautifulGoose, please do research before posting anything to avoid causing an argument, thanks both.

You could ask for @spacebar to make it a gamerule and he could probably get around to doing it. If you’re adamant on making it an NCV, I would suggest adding self-partner as a gamerule, putting a royal for the pawns in a 1x2 box where it can be checkmated by knights but otherwise not attacked, and making the Monster side stronger. Otherwise, it’s fairly obvious who would win every game.

This is a variant I have played OTB and wanted to post. However, it involves white making two moves on their turn (white has king+3 pawns, black has entire army). Is this idea possible?
If not, I recommend making it a feature, it makes for fun games.
