Yeah, good point
More Puzzles!
..
Otherwise, people will continue to leave the site.
..
As far as I'm aware, the site is continuing to grow.
That said, staff work on different things to see what might work better and have modified the amounts in the past. They'll likely have additional changes as time goes on based on what they find works and what doesn't.

Yes, the site continues to grow, but that's only because people leave at a slower rate than newer people join. in a few years I estimate that chess.com's growth will have stopped. But, it's just my opinion. Also, it's not just about people leaving the site. 'Leaving' usually means keeping the account active but not using it, so if we take that in to consideration then we see that chess.com is, actually, shrinking, inch by inch. Not to mention that the fair play team is completely messed up (0.2% appeals granted??!!) The point is, chess.com, like all sites, has some not-so-desirable traits, but the chance to fix it must be considered. Leave some features exclusive for premium members, but allow non-payers to enjoy chess as well.
I agree. I see many players that make tactical mistakes or misses because a lack of tactical practice.
I agree with Ansh_Power because my family is a chess family, and already half of them have left the majority due to the reason of always having to spend money to improve
well guys it would be good to have more but we cant get to picky cuz if you don't have a membership everything is limited yes, but it is also everything is completely free and we can live or at least I can live with 7 puzzles and 1 game review a day and a lesson a week.

It does you credit that you can, but most people do not like this. Most people think, "Why pay money for puzzles here, if I can just do it for free on lichess?" and that is the whole point- chess.com needs to allow more features to the non-payers.

wait you can do free unlimited puzzles somewhere else?!?
I just looked at lichess and its nice but the format is confusing. chess.com is simpler and more relaxing and has more things like lessons, coaches, clubs, variants, tools and more + its customizable.
Three puzzles a day. Six if you do custom. Seven if we count the daily puzzle. It's unnacceptable.
"People on the site improve x3.7 faster with premium" Is what chess.com says. Of course, because unlimited puzzles improves a player way faster than 3-7 a day. Add more puzzles!
However, I'm not just another one of those puzzle rights activists that chess.com chooses to ignore (called out), it's everything. We need more puzzles, puzzle rush, double game review, more bots unlocked, ect. Otherwise, people will continue to leave the site.
What I suggest is chess.com stop being so money hungry. Give back! Most people on chess.com don't have premium, plat, or gold. So, chess.com lures them in with promises to make them improve... and then they buy it. That's how money is made, I get it.
The only problem with that is people will soon realize that there is a site that has ALL chess.com features for FREE (lichess.org). And these people will go there. Hence, in being money hungry, chess.com actually loses members.
What I suggest:
10 puzzles a day (original 3) • Two Game Reviews a day (original 1) • One puzzle rush per mode per day (so 3 total) (original 1) • More lessons and exercises (original 1?!) • At least +5 bots available.
Chess.com, if at least doing a portion of this, shows the community that chess.com actually cares, and people will stop leaving for lichess and chess tempo.
Let's do this!
