With 1.d4 I play:
1.d4 d5 2.e4 dxe4 3.Nc3 Blackmar-Diemer Gambit
1.d4 Nf6 2.g4 Gibbins-Weidenhagen Gambit
1.d4 Nf6 2.e4 Omega Gambit
1.d4 e6 2.e4 d5 3.c4 Diemer-Duhm Gambit
1.d4 c6 2.e4 d5 3.c4 Diemer-Duhm Gambit (Caro Kann Variation)
1.d4 f5 2.e4 Staunton Gambit
1.d4 f5 2.g5 Lisbon Gambit
1.d4 g6 2.h4 (i like to play the h pawn all the way up to h6 to disrupt Blacks development) if Black plays h5 then his pawn structure is weakened because
i can sac on either the f7 or g6 pawns in a kingside attack.
There may be more lines that I do play, but that is all for now.
