My chess performance linked to my day?

I have been playing chess regularly for 1.5 years and all the time I noticed a strange pattern. I and not something like troubled with this pattern but it fascinated me.

I noticed that everytime I played good chess and won games is also the day where my overall mood and mental/emotional state went good. Also the days I tilted are also the days my overall emotional and mental state is kind of sad, or at least not very good.

I just need some information, like which one is affecting which one, do you like guys too have noticed same thing, etc? I currently are not against this pattern as if I have bad days I also have good, but just curious

well how say the chess is fun when win, i think depends of the bad emotion, if is tired or frustration often yes this put more relax, but with things more strong's how deaths sincerely i can play but in my mind don't care if win or lose

Keep in mind that chess uses your brain. If you drink enough water and had some food, your brain works better. If you had good sleep, your brain works better.
If you are troubled with some problems or your emotions make you less concentrated on your games, then you might make more blunders or lose more games than usual.

I tried to play drunk but I ended sleeping at the desk

Ever since Witty quit, I felt really sad and had a massive tilt, hopefully I play better now. ):
