My Posted In Topics Doesn't Update Anymore

Firefox Nightly 58.0a1 (2017-09-22) (32-bit) Linux/Ubuntu 16

Threads are no longer showing up when new posts are added and the time stamps are also not working. For example:

This shows that there are only 2 posts and the last post was made 1 day ago. But this is not correct.

There are actually 20 posts and the last post was made by a different user 23 hrs ago. So the "My Posted In" section no longer works at all.

We have a ticket in about it now! 

The counter of posts has been buggy for quite a while now: one way to mess it up is to delete a post completely (this is done by deleting the post, then, once it says "COMMENT DELETED", deleting it again).

I've submitted a Usersnap about it once or twice several months ago...

I noticed that https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/chess-com-beta shows this very thread as having just one post in it. I am going to try to reset it to zero...

[Edited: attempted reset did not work. Could be perhaps because of my moderator status -- deleting a post works immediately -- no need to do it twice.]

[Edited once again: BINGO! now this entire thread shows up with zero posts (I have deleted my own test post from V2]

Does that only happen if you delete the post from v2 then?

It seems so; at least as of today. I am pretty certain it used to happen in V3, too.

Right now, the biggest problem is that the post counts seem to be frozen. Look at https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/chess-com-beta -- this very thread still has zero posts (in the past it would read 2 after your and mine posts got added after the reset.

Yeah this might be a forum issue and not a problem with a particular section.

May I point out to chess.com that this forum bug is serious enough to make it look silly to be encouraging people to use V3 (even though I have been using it for months). This needs sorting out before V3 looks like anything but beta. I am a bit puzzled how there is no progress on it. (Posted using V2. Now back to V3 for other use... )

Not only it did not get posted, it erased the bump that Elroch gave it from V2. This one is from V2, and should bump it back to the top.

I am wondering whether the above observation is reproducible. I am posting this from V3 beta. At this time, https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/chess-com-beta shows this thread as the second from the top, just before the locked one.

Very much reproducible; after posting the above, the thread got demoted to the second from the bottom position. This is also being posted from V3.
