Thanks for your patience with our team whilst we've been evaluating your position. We like the position! It's pretty fun to play, and there are a lot of way it can play out. In a sense, this position is very dynamic. You have a lot of available tactics/ideas/manoeuvres on any given move. However, we're a bit concerned about how the takeover gamerule may lead to imbalances, so for the time being, we are going to have to ask for your continued patience as we bring your position through another round of more thorough testing. Our decision was to either decline it on the basis of being unfair, or to take some more time, so I'm sure you can understand that we want to make sure your position is given its due consideration. We'll get back to you (again) soon!

There are too many too powerful pieces and too few space to move them, so it contributes the teaming between players, even if they don't want to do so. The balance of position doesn't achieve only by gamerules or symmetrical, equal or fair starting position, but also by the ratio of pieces power to number squares they can move, affect. This kind of balance is obviously broken here, which makes your position unbalanced. As a consequence of this, a lot of teaming opportunities naturally become opened, which is not acceptable for NCP.

Another differences: I've changed two amazons into knights, because they're less valuable than wildebeests. I've also added walls around the hill.
