We've added the actual Capablanca Chess, as a listed 2-player (casual) variant.

Your custom position doesn't really have what we need to see in order to make it a separate listed game. It's a cross between standard 2PC and Capablanca chess, but our question is, "do very many people dislike elements of either of those enough to play this version?" I think you'll agree, the answer is "no."

Of course, because it's a 2-player game, it would be casual anyway, so if you enjoy playing this game a lot, you can continue to do so, just without a custom title. If we see a whole lot of interest in it through those parametres, we may re-consider listing it.
