I have played it a few times and think that the kings are underpowered.
A common thing to do is to change them to royal generals.

I did that in the beginning but then it will be too easy for the generals to reach the center

couldn't u also just change where the kings are and it will be king safety
amazons/queens are too powerful for ks-type positions. The kings get mated very quickly

Thank you for posting a New Custom Position! There are a lot of capturing from first moves which may be not so obvious for some players, and as a result of this, one (or more) players will lose lot of material. There are also too many fast mates from 2nd move which is also not acceptable. But the problem isn't in "too many fast mates" or "capturing from first moves" but in too powerful pieces and their too big influence to the game.
