Wow, most positions don't make it this far!

The concept is interesting, and the patzers are a really nice touch. However, there are issues with balance. Yellow has a significant advantage: red can only do one thing, push pawns. Yellow's main winning plan involves tearing the center open and giving a check (usually with a knight). Obviously, red cannot really try to check yellow because that would open up the center. If red advances on the flanks, he'll be slower than yellow, and it's not easy to try and promote a side pawn without letting the center open. Even though the patzers usually only bother yellow, it's still not enough. Yellow just has too much of an advantage and that kind of starting imbalance is not allowed for NCPs.

maybe if you added a little more pawns for red and less pieces for yellow and made the red pawns sergeants it might be better

maybe take away the rooks and the pawns in front of them
