The thing here is, your position isn't really considered to be a New Custom Position (ie, most to all combinations of gamerules applied to the standard 4PC board can already be played rated). If you were to make some alterations to the standard 4PC board and then apply the gamerules you'd like, that would fully be considered an NCP (and I fully encourage you doing that!). We really appreciate your effort here, and we look forward to your next submission.
