Evans gambit?
need help with openings

As white, it's probably better to scrap the Fried Liver where the main line just puts you in a difficult position and stick to the Open Italian with 4. d4, or a more positional approach with c3 and d3 Giuoco Piano Piannisimo style. Either option is very distinct from each other
Of course there's a lot of theory to learn but that's the downside of playing a very well known opening

I'm also bored playing Italian but I'm good at it it's my record that i don't lose a game whenever I play fried liver nowdays I'm playing reti and I have course for Italian game it's very helpful and detailed by chessable

i play the open italian with c3 d4 and it has given me good records but i almost always have to win an endgame which is kinda frustrating i dont mind endgames but in endgames where i have to play like 60 moves i kinda get fed up

the thing is i have aldready created a repretoire with e4 agaist pretty much everything else i just need something with e4 e5

Can anyone tell me how to play against queens gambit I hate it
I hate it as black but love it as white

Choose a line and learn it well. I prefer QGD but really I don't go d4 d5 and neither do my opponents.

You don't have to play against the Queen's Gambit lmao. The Queen's Gambit is 1. d4 d5 2. c4. You can opt of of the Queen's Gambit by not playing d5 and instead playing something like Nf6 which branches out to a bunch of different Indian Defenses
+1 Benoni OP

Slav, Queen's gambit accepted or Queen's gambit declined are your main options
Queen's gambit accepted has lots of theory too but it's also more delicate (Kasparov just lost a game in less than ten moves because he made one inaccuracy)
Queen's Gambit Declined has tons of theory, but you could probably narrow it down just to the Tarrasch defenses (Tarrasch, Semi-Tarrasch, Neo-Tarrasch etc) as opposed to learning tons of variations. You'd have to know how to play against/with an Isolated Queen's Pawn
Slav defense is personally the most annoying to play as white, but most of black's play will be on the Queenside, so it's more of a grind than a traditional open game.
Semi-Slav is also very good, different from Slav in a few ways as Neither Bishop is really active but the pawn play in the center and on the queenside is very dangerous should a favorable endgame arise

I love the Italian and I would say that I have a pretty good understanding of the opening. From what I’ve experienced it’s a pretty strategical and positional opening though, you can get some really nice attacks with it. If you’re not enjoying the opening I would recommend you try playing something else like the Danish gambit, or the Vienna.

Vienna is so much better than the Danish...

Idk because I’ve never played either though the Bc4 Danish looks fun to play
