I'll direct you to the Requirements Thread for posting new custom positions. Please check that your submission meets those, then let us know it's ready.
Also, it's a bit concerning to see this:

If it's boring and lame to you, the creator, what makes you think it will be any more exciting to other players? We'll only accept positions that we think many players would have fun playing. If this position isn't a likely candidate for that, you should keep working on it until it is, then submit it, instead of what you've done here, which from what I can surmise, is asking us to take a look and give you feedback when we decline it, so that you can make it better. Clever, but also a waste of our testers' time.
I've quoted this before, in my guide to making good custom positions, but it's a message I think you probably haven't seen, or if so, have forgotten:

I'm kind of tired of seeing people flood the forum with their CG positions seemingly without having played any actual games with players and expecting their variants to be listed. Please stop wasting the CGAs' time (thankfully I'm not one of them!) and instead put in some time and effort of your own. A good way to try to find players to play your position is to go into some variant game with spectators and ask around.
@grable I think he’s referring to his game settings, like his piece/wall colours... they are default. I don’t think they relate to the custom position at all...

10 is the minimum number of games
but revised, minimum is 5 games
